Radhika Kukreja
Radhika Kukreja · Design Engineer

I design and build.

I'm Radhika. PM by title, design engineer by instinct. I ship products end to end — design, frontend, backend enough to be dangerous, AI in the loop. Most recently leading discoverability and conversion at a pet ecommerce platform called Supertails.

Receipts · not vibes

I ship with AI and have opinions about it.

At Supertails I shipped an agent that read ~8,000 Shopify product descriptions and wrote structured metafields. Below is the prompt scaffold and the eval I used to decide it was ready for production.

metafield-agent · v0.4
# role
You are a pet-food cataloguer. Output JSON only.

# input
{title, description_html, brand, breed_hints}

# rules
- life_stage ∈ {puppy, adult, senior, all}
- protein_g_per_100g: number | null   # null if unstated
- grain_free: boolean | null
- contains: string[] # ingredients you can see
- claims: string[] # only if literally in text
- confidence: 0..1 # be honest, low is fine

# guardrails
- never invent numbers
- if conflict between title and body, prefer body
- if life_stage unclear → "all"

# output
strict JSON, no prose.

Owned the metric. Shipped the thing.

A little about me

I'm a writer first — I co-authored a book before I ever shipped a product.

I studied English Literature and co-authored Rediscovering Delhi, a love letter to the city I grew up in. That instinct — look closely, tell the story honestly — is the same one I bring to product.

I've spent the last few years as a PM at high-growth startups. Banking at Open, in-flight entertainment at SugarBox, search and discovery at Supertails, and now building a brand from zero on the founding team of a stealth startup.

Somewhere along the way I got tired of waiting for someone else to make the idea real. So I picked up design, picked up code, and started shipping in my free time. That's where doomscroll and the three Chrome extensions came from.

In short

Three things I'd bring on day one.

Design and build, end to end

I don't hand off. I design the screen, I build the screen, I obsess over the feel.

AI as a multiplier, not a crutch

Cursor and Claude Code daily. The eval above is mine. I have sharp, earned opinions on what tooling deserves a place.

Words first

English Lit grad, co-author of Rediscovering Delhi. I read fiction, build worlds, care a lot about how things are said.

If any of this resonates, I'd love to talk.
